Tonka Gin - cask storage

For the limited editions that come out once a year, we use different rum casks and let our gin mature in them. Due to the young maturation, we achieve the perfect balance of two worlds of taste. The tart-sweet tonka bean and the floral hay from our original distillate are combined in harmony with the notes from the selected cask. This noble drop is always bottled in October.

Strictly limited edition of approx. 2500 bottles per year.
