Our Tonka Gin classic Est. 2014

Daniel Soumikh came up with the idea of ​​refining the gin with the tonka bean after a trip through Spain. There he experienced that the spice was not only used in the kitchen, but had also made its way into the bar scene. From that point on, Daniel Soumikh worked on the realization of his Tonka Gin for almost two years.

With the great support of a few bartenders and a competent distillery, he was able to happily present the first finished bottles on September 26, 2014. Daniel Soumikh produces the Tonka Gin in a small distillery. This is idyllically surrounded by orchards, near Hamburg. From the production of the distillate to the bottling, the application of the labels and the packaging of the bottles, everything is done by hand!

The handwritten numbers provide information about which production number, bottle number and in which month/year your bottle was manufactured. The tonka bean gives our Tonka Gin its unmistakable, elegant and unique taste. Notes such as sweet vanilla, tart bitter almonds and spicy hay flowers contribute to this special taste experience!

The Tonka Gin with 47% vol. ideal to be enjoyed as a gin & tonic or as a mix.
