Daniel Soumikh came up with the idea of ​​refining the gin with the tonka bean after a trip through Spain. There he experienced that the spice was not only used in the kitchen, but had also made its way into the bar scene. From that point on, Daniel Soumikh worked on the realization of his Tonka Gin for almost two years. With the great support of a few bartenders and a competent distillery, he was able to happily present the first finished bottles on September 26, 2014.
